Your Job
* Look after the day‑to‑day needs of residents, ensuring their comfort and safety.
* Provide compassionate care, following individual care plans and maintaining high standards of personalised service.
* Support and develop Care Assistants, coaching them in best practices and professional growth.
* Organise and lead leisure and social activities to enrich residents’ daily experience.
* Foster a positive, cohesive team culture, encouraging collaboration and enjoyment at work.
What skills do I need?
* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; a friendly, supportive attitude towards colleagues and residents.
* Experience in care – essential; an NVQ3 in Social Care is desirable.
* Excellent communication and flexibility; ability to adapt to changing resident needs.
* Genuine care and empathy for older people, respecting their dignity at all times.
