Design Integrator - Broughton (Onsite)

About the Role
As a Design Integrator within the Wing Plant Engineering Team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting continuous product development for the A330 and A350 programmes. You'll be the key link between engineering and operations, driving improvement projects and fostering collaboration across teams.
What You'll Do
* Lead and deliver improvement projects through the LBIP process, ensuring solutions are right first time and meet time, cost, and quality targets.
* Act as the main interface between Engineering and Operations, championing co-design solutions that work for both the industrial system and our customers.
* Drive proactive product improvements to reduce recurring and non-recurring costs, disruption, and non-conformances.
* Enhance team efficiency by supporting or leading initiatives that improve methods, tools, and processes.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner and role model within the team.
* Communicate progress and manage change in a dynamic environment, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged.
What We're Looking For
* A strong design background, ideally with experience in aviation or manufacturing.
* Proven project management skills, with the ability to deliver reliably on time, cost, and quality.
* Excellent communication and networking abilities, able to influence and drive projects forward.
* A sense of ownership and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Motivation and self-drive, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a supportive team.
* An anticipation mindset, able to identify risks and opportunities and manage them effectively.
