Your Role & Responsibilities:
* Create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where children can thrive
* Deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, adapting activities to meet individual needs
* Track key children’s progress and share their learning journey with parents/carers using Tapestry
* Build strong, positive partnerships with families
* Ensure the safety, wellbeing and development of all children in the nursery
* Raise any concerns appropriately while maintaining confidentiality
Who We’re Looking For:
* A Level 3 Early Years qualification with at least one year of post-qualification experience
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS and Birth to 5 framework
* A genuine passion for child development and early years education
* Confident, empathetic and proactive in safeguarding children
* A creative thinker who brings ideas to enhance learning experiences
* A strong communicator who values teamwork and partnership working.
