Introduction
Join the door-to-door fundraising team representing one of the world's leading environmental NGOs.
Greenpeace UK is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Team Leader to build and grow a fundraising team in Cambridge. As a commission-based manager you will have uncapped earnings, with a minimum weekly wage guarantee of £12.25 ph for all hours worked.You will also receive a weekly manager bonus based on your team's results.
This is the right role for an experienced manager, or for a fundraiser / door sales canvasser looking for the next step in their career

The Role
* Uncapped commission pay - unlimited earning potential
* Guaranteed hourly rate £12.25ph
* Team Leader bonus based on the team's results
* Possibility of short weeks
* Monday – Friday 1-8pm with more flexibility after training period

You will also have the chance to apply to fundraise at some of the biggest festivals in the UK.
The Candidate
What we're Looking For:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous managerial experience driving sales results and meeting KPI's
* Experience in door to door sales or face to face fundraising
* Self-motivation and a positive attitude
* Basic knowledge of how Greenpeace work
