We are in search of a Parts Advisor to join our Client’s well-established well-established Premium Main Car Dealership in Maidenhead!
They are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to add to their team providing excellent customer services, providing parts sales within branch as well as externally and maintaining customer relationships.
Our Client is offering the successful Parts Advisor:
6. £30,000 Basic Salary + Bonus (£33,000 OTE)
7. Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm / Saturday Morning Rota 1 in 3

10. Manufacturer Accreditation Training Program
Duties of a Parts Advisor:
11. To ensure that all customers and internal parts needs are dealt with promptly and courteously responding immediately to requests for parts
12. To be continuously and consistently conscious of customer needs providing at all times the highest level of courtesy and service, and promote customer satisfaction
13. Working within the sales team on sales of product promotions by answering telephone queries and dealing with electronic queries
14. To report any stock damage or stock losses to the manager without delay
15. To ensure that the work area is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and that Health and Safety and COSHH requirements are adhered to all times
What our Client expects of their Parts Advisor:
16. Previous Main Dealer Automotive Parts Experience required
17. Kerridge DMS background
18. Good telephone manner
19. Organisational and administration skills
20. Full and Clean Driving License
