Showroom Manager Wirral | Well-Established Kitchen Company
Designer Recruitment are working with a rapidly-expanding kitchen retailer in Wirral who are looking for a Showroom Manager to lead their talented team.
The Role:
* Manage a team of designers and sales consultants to deliver bespoke kitchens
* Maintain high showroom standards and provide an exceptional customer experience
* Liaise with other departments and promote the company brand
* Attend company events as needed
Requirements:
* Previous showroom management or senior designer experience (4+ years)
* Proven kitchen design and sales background
* Familiarity with Fusion 2020, AutoCAD, Compusoft or ArtiCAD preferred
* Saturday working required (with a weekday off)
Package:
* £30,000 - £35,000 + bonus for the right candidate
