Bodyshop Receptionist / Advisor opportunity in Croydon for Accident Repair Centre
Basic: £33k with salary review after successful probation
Hours: 7.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday with no weekends

Our client is seeking a professional and organised BodyshopReceptionist to become a key member of their team.
Benefits:
1. The basic salary is £33,000 per annum, with a salary review after successful completion of the probation period
2. Working hours from 7.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, with no weekends involved
3. 28 days holiday including bank holidays

Duties:
6. Welcome and assist customers both face-to-face and over the phone in a professional manner as a Bodyshop Receptionist
7. Manage incoming repair jobs and update insurance partners and customers accordingly
8. Schedule bookings and arrange recovery for non-driveable vehicles
9. Organise collections and deliveries with onsite drivers, ensuring smooth workflow
10. Maintain accurate records using Autoflow and ensure all job details are correctly updated
11. Monitor customer satisfaction and handle any queries as a Bodyshop Receptionist
12. Coordinate courtesy car allocations and ensure a seamless customer experience
13. Keep communication active with insurance partners to uphold high CSI standards
Requirements:
14. Proven experience as a Service Advisor or within a similar role such as a Bodyshop Receptionist
15. Knowledge of Autoflow or similar workshop management software
16. Excellent organisational and communication skills
17. Strong customer service ethos and professional manner
18. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
19. Team player with a proactive approach to tasks
