We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Planner to join our team, based out of the Bury St Edmunds Office. As Senior Planner, you’ll support and empower our planning team to deliver a prompt, efficient and customer-focused repairs service. A sometimes challenging but rewarding role, ensuring the business meets the requirements of the new and soon to be updated Awaabs Law. Ensuring compliance across numerous aspects of the delivery of a case is key. Ability to work under pressure, on own initiative as well as working with other team members to ensure the resident receives a friendly, professional service throughout the life of their works Permanent | Full Time | 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | Bury St Edmunds Office Base What You’ll Be Doing Managing the day-to-day activities of the planning team Ensuring repairs are scheduled promptly and efficiently Coordinating complex jobs requiring multiple trades Supporting commercial and void planning when needed Handling calls, admin tasks and written communications Maintaining accurate records across operational systems Acting as an escalation point in the absence of the Operations Support Manager Driving performance and continuously improving service delivery What we're looking for We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in supporting customer-focused teams Highly organised, proactive and detail-driven A confident communicator who can motivate others Comfortable challenging processes to drive improvement A strong team player with excellent customer service skills Experienced in handling customer interactions over the phone IT confident, with experience using a range of systems Educated to a good standard in English and Maths For more information on the roles responsibilities and requirements please click here to see the Senior Planner - The Part I Play Statement.
