We're looking for a friendly, organised, and motivated individual to join our client's small and supportive administration team. Whether you're just starting your career or have some previous admin experience, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a professional and fast-paced environment.
__ Key Responsibilities:
• Handling incoming calls and directing them to the relevant person or team
• Monitoring shared admin inboxes and responding to broker queries
• Assisting with daily diary entries, including processing declarations and following up on outstanding documents
_ What We're Looking For:
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, but not essential
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay organised
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• GCSEs in Maths and English (A-Levels or equivalent preferred)
