As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be part of a team responsible for the development and maintenance of our existing portfolio of customers. You will work with our customers to match their needs with our wide range of fleet products and services, primarily our exciting new Electric Vehicle (EV) products and solutions.
Please note this position is based at our Lawnswood office in North Leeds (LS16 6QY).
Discuss and cross sell our full range of fleet products and services.
Contact customers that have been passed over from New Business and Customer Support
Provide and deliver the best possible customer service.
Ensure customers are aware and competent in using our online Account Management portal (My Fleet Hub).
Confirm and update customers’ data and information.
Willing to learn about all our products and fleet services.
Enjoy talking on the phone with a good telephone manner.
