Digital Workplace Lead – Ballymena (Northern Ireland) – c£70K
This is an excellent opportunity to own and deliver a Group‑wide digital workplace strategy, driving collaboration and innovation across the business. You will play a key role in designing and implementing an AI‑enabled digital workplace on Microsoft 365, building a scalable intranet and collaboration platform across multiple companies and tenants. This role is ideal for a technically strong leader who enjoys working with stakeholders to deliver enterprise‑level digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and lead the Group digital workplace strategy, enhancing how employees collaborate, communicate and access information.
* Design and implement a Group‑wide intranet platform across multiple Microsoft 365 tenants.
* Establish the intranet as a central hub for communication, knowledge sharing and collaboration.
* Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance the employee digital experience.
* Lead the design and development of a modern intranet using SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience delivering enterprise intranet or digital workplace platforms.
* Experience implementing collaboration solutions using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams.
* Strong understanding of governance, information architecture and platform standards.
* Experience leading large‑scale technology projects impacting a broad user base.
* Experience with AI‑enabled tools and automation within the Microsoft ecosystem.
