Service Advisor – Enfield
📍 Enfield EN3 (must be able to reliably commute or relocate)
💰 £30,000 – £36,000 OTE (depending on experience)
🕒 Full-time | Monday–Friday + alternate Saturdays
About the Role
We are currently looking for a confident and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing Car Supermarket in Enfield, with over 1,500 pre-owned vehicles in stock.
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role ideal for someone with strong communication skills and solid automotive knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the site
* Greet customers, book vehicles in, and manage vehicle handovers
* Provide regular updates on vehicle progress and repair timelines
* Clearly explain faults, repairs, and associated costs
* Liaise with technicians and workshop staff to ensure smooth workflow
* Manage customer expectations and resolve queries or concerns
* Support complaint handling when required
* Complete all relevant administrative duties (job cards, updates, reports)
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
* Every other Saturday
Salary & Benefits
* Basic salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
* On-target earnings: £36,000+

Requirements
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor / Aftersales / Motor Trade role
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Good understanding of vehicles and common mechanical issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Full UK Driving Licence (required)
