Outpatient Clinic Coordinator
An opportunity has arisen to join the Outpatient Department at Aberdeen Maternity Hospital and, within time, this position will be based at the BAIRD Family Hospital.
Part Time Band 4 Coordinator Post
Hours: Monday – Thursday 08:30–16:30, Friday 08:30–13:08 (hours may be open to negotiation).
32.64 hours per working week.
Key Responsibilities
* Work independently and as a team player; self‑motivated; prioritise conflicting demands.
* Maintain regular contact with staff across the service.
* Supervise admin staff within the team.
Candidate Requirements
* Ability to deal with patients and colleagues in a confident, caring, and empathetic manner, both over the phone and in person.
* Well‑organised, methodical, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and IT skills.
