Senior Product Developer- Premium WW - Role Responsibilities:
* Oversee the development and approval process for new styles, fabrics, components, and trims.
* Ensure brand quality standards and supplier compliance through rigorous testing.
* Develop commercially viable and high-quality ranges for a global audience.
* Manage approvals for sampling, fabrics, trims, lab dips, and garment testing.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
* Negotiate costs, maintain target prices, and enhance margins.
* Create and compile technical packs with detailed construction and manufacturing information.
* Lead fit sessions and provide feedback to suppliers.
* Update the Critical Path daily, ensuring adherence to all deadlines.
* Research and develop new products, fabric innovations, and manufacturing processes
Senior Product Developer- Premium WW - Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in a similar Product Development or Garment Technician role, ideally within premium womenswear.
* Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabric attributes, quality, and testing.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Highly organised and process-driven.
* Self-motivated and a team player.
* Strong organisational and numeracy skills.
