Location: North East Lincolnshire Council
Contract: Full time, permanent
Hours: 37 per week
Salary: ASYE level 1 £36,363 – £46,142 (depending on experience)
Car allowance: Essential Car User Allowance
Relocation assistance: Up to £8,000 (for out‑of‑area candidates)
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with partners to provide targeted support and interventions for children and families.
* Identify emerging needs and reduce risks to create a safer and supportive environment for children and adolescents.
* Provide individual and reflective case supervision and support.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Qualified Social Worker or undertaking ASYE year.
* Professional reference from current or most recent employment, placement, or work experience.
* Professional/company email address.
* References covering the last 3 years; reasons for gaps must be detailed on the reference form.
* Enhanced criminal record check may be required for posts involving access to children, young people, and adults at risk.
