About the Role
As a Creative Media Lecturer, you’ll deliver engaging and innovative teaching across a range of FE programmes. You’ll support learners in developing their skills in media production, graphics, and digital tools, while contributing to curriculum development and quality assurance.
* Actual Salary: £19,103.51 - £24,904.87 per annum
* Working hours: 21.5 hours per week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)

Essential Criteria
We’re looking for someone who brings creativity, professionalism, and a learner-centred approach. You must have:
* A relevant degree or Level 3 qualification in Creative Media or a related subject.
* A teaching qualification or substantial industry experience (or be working towards a teaching qualification).
* Experience of innovative teaching and learning techniques.
* Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and media graphics.
* Understanding of curriculum development and the use of ICT in teaching.

* Deliver high-quality teaching across Creative Media programmes.
* Develop engaging learning materials and assess student work.
* Contribute to curriculum planning, course leadership, and quality assurance.
* Support student recruitment, guidance, and progression.
* Participate in departmental planning, CPD, and performance review processes.
