A specialist SEMH school in Folkestone is seeking a motivated Mental Health Support Worker to join their team. In this role, you'll provide consistent, child‑centred support to pupils, helping them manage behaviour, develop emotional wellbeing, and thrive in a supportive school environment.

* Recent graduates in Psychology, Sociology, Criminology, Youth Studies, or related fields.
* Candidates with a genuine interest in mental health, SEMH, or working with children with complex needs.
