Description
Process and manage supplier invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely payments.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies effectively.
Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
Assist in preparing payment runs and liaising with vendors regarding payment queries.
Support month-end closing activities by providing necessary reports and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice and payment-related issues.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounts payable function.Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Specialist should have:
Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures in the accounting & finance field.
Experience using NetSuite accounting system or similar would be advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Job Offer
Salary between £30,000 to £33,000 dependent upon experience.
