We’re on the lookout for a proactive, detail-loving Executive Assistant who wants to do so much more than juggle diaries. As the CEO’s trusted right-hand, you’ll be their strategic partner, not just their scheduler. You’ll help protect their time, keep distractions at bay, and get stuck into all sorts of operational tasks that keep our agency running like a dream.
One day you’ll be streamlining our CRM and contracts, the next you’ll be supporting hiring, onboarding new team members, or fine-tuning our internal processes. If you love building structure, optimising systems, and making things run smoothly, you’ll feel right at home here.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be the go-to for the CEO, making sure they stay focused on what matters most while you handle the spinning plates. You’ll organise meetings, manage actions, drive small projects forward, and jump in wherever you see a chance to make things better. You’ll help nurture our culture too, planning team events and making sure our agency feels like an inspiring place to be.

A bit about you:
* You have PA or EA, ideally supporting busy execs in a fast-moving environment.
* You’re an excellent communicator, clear, friendly, and quick to follow up.
* You’re tech-savvy and confident with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com or ClickUp.
* Bonus points if you’ve got experience with HR admin, people ops, or finance tasks like invoices and expenses, but don’t worry if you don’t, we’ll show you the ropes.
