We are seeking a HR Administrator to support the human resources department in managing and maintaining employee-related records and processes for the M25 project, a key infrastructure asset in the UK.
The role involves responding to HR queries, maintaining employee databases, assisting with onboarding, and generating HR metrics and reports to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Responding to internal and external HR queries
* Redirecting calls and correspondence within the HR team
* Maintaining employee records and HR databases
* Supporting onboarding of new employees
* Managing HR inbox and requests
* Filing sickness and return-to-work forms
* Collecting HR metrics for reports
* Running ad hoc reports as needed
