About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee end-to-end operational excellence across our supply chain, production, and internal processes. You will play a critical role in driving scalability, optimizing cross-border production workflows, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and optimize daily operations across sourcing, production, logistics, and quality control.
* Build, refine, and implement operational systems, SOPs, and performance dashboards.
* Manage supplier relationships and negotiate cost-efficient, high-quality production outputs.
* Oversee capacity planning, budget control, and operational forecasting.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, certifications, and sustainability standards.
* Partner closely with R&D, sales, and leadership teams to support new product launches.
* Drive continuous process improvement and operational innovation.
Requirements
* Proven experience in operations, preferably in textiles, materials, FMCG, or manufacturing.
* Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional and cross-border teams.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project-management abilities.
* Fluent in English; Mandarin is disable but not required.
* Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-moving environmentli>
