Situated in a beautifully renovated three-storey home in Redhill, we deliver strength-based, trauma-informed care using the award-winning Parent Assess framework. We aim to create a safe, nurturing environment to support lifelong family bonds.
Role Overview
As our Administrator, you will be essential to the smooth daily operation of the centre. You'll support our residential and assessment teams, manage communications, and ensure accurate record-keeping so that frontline staff can focus on delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as the first point of contact: answer phones and emails, welcome families, and professionals
2. Maintain internal databases, filing systems, and referral logs
3. Assist with scheduling -organise appointments, team meetings, and pre-visits
4. Support confidential document management (care plans, assessments, safeguarding files)
5. Coordinate administrative support for residential assessments
