This is a full-time, permanent position. Standard workweek of 38.75 hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00‑5:30, early finish on Friday 9:00‑5:00, alternate Saturdays 9:30‑1:00. On Target Earnings of £25,000 to £30,000.
Responsibilities
* Proactively respond to all enquiries face‑to‑face, over the telephone and electronically, make appointments and meet sales targets.
* Progress sales through to completion, liaising with all parties.
* Encourage potential buyers to have a valuation and to use the Company’s services to sell their property and arrange their next mortgage.
* Maintain regular contact with buyers and obtain feedback following viewings.
Qualifications
* Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Drive and ability to close a deal.
* Ability to build and maintain strong and honest relationships with existing and new clients.
* Ability to achieve sales targets.
* Experience in property is preferable; transferable skills will be considered.
