We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Registered Manager to lead a newly expanding Supported Accommodation service for young people aged 16–18. This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow a service with strong backing from an established senior team.
You’ll initially take a hands-on role combining support and management, with a clear progression path into a strategic leadership position as the service scales.
Key responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with the Supported Accommodation Regulations 2023
*
Manage and support staff, maintain records, and oversee care plans
*
Build positive relationships with external agencies, families, and professionals
*
Help prepare the service for Ofsted registration and ongoing compliance
Requirements:
*
At least 2 years in a similar leadership role within supported accommodation or children’s services
*
Strong understanding of safeguarding, behavioural support, and regulatory standards
*
Excellent communication and team management skills
