Job Description

1. £12.31 per hour
2. Split location between Keady Day Centre & Lisanally Day Centre
3. 30 hours per week (9.00 - 3.30 with 30 minute break)
4. Temporary until 5th December 2025

What you'll be doing in this role:
5. Making appointments.
6. Maintain diaries.
7. Receiving, processing and distributing incoming mail, personally dealing with routine items.
8. Establish and maintain effective filing systems within the department
9. Maintain and update data bases required within the department i.e. staff absences, training matrix, NISCC registrations
10. Receiving telephone calls and taking action in accordance with procedures
11. Stock control and ordering food and kitchen supplies on eProcurement system
12. Complete submission of monthly and weekly timesheets
13. Complete weekly/ monthly occupancy returns using excel
What you'll need for this role:
14. 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English language and Maths or equivalent / higher qualification + 1 year’s relevant experience in a clerical / administrative role
15. OR 2 years experience in a clerical / administrative role
16. Experience of Minute Taking in a formal setting
17. Hold a full current driving license and have access to a car on appointment
As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake an Enhanced AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position Successful applicants may be required to attend for a Health Assessment
