Join our Mobile Care Team in Darlington, where you'll be talking over the phone to customers with various queries. Whether helping with a simple bill or handling more complex issues, you'll support customers throughout their journey.
No specific experience is required. If you're naturally helpful, calm, and able to build relationships, we can train you on the rest.

Shifts & Salary
Part Time: 20 or 25 hours per week
Salary for 20 hours: £13,397.73 per year, rising to £13,698.13 at 9 months, plus uncapped commission
Salary for 25 hours: £16,724.67 per year, rising to £17,122.67 at 9 months, plus uncapped commission
Hourly rate: £12.82, rising to £13.12 at 9 months
Shifts for 20 hours: Monday to Friday, 4:45 pm to 9:00 pm
Shifts for 25 hours: Monday to Friday, 3:40 pm to 9:00 pm
