We are currently looking for an Electrician in the Hemel Hempstead area to work for a well established Housing Association. This is a permanent role, where you will be carrying out responsive repairs in tenanted properties.
As the Electrician, you will be expected to complete:
1. Reactive repairs and maintenance
2. Installations
3. Testing
4. Working in domestic properties
To be eligible for this Electrician role, you will need:
5. NVQ/City and Guilds Level 3
6. 18th edition
7. Certificate in Requirements for Electrical Installations (BS7671).
8. A full UK Driving License
9. To be able to pass DBS check
The Electrician will receive:
10. £45,500 base salary
11. Company van and fuel card
12. Generous pension scheme (doubled)
13. Power tools provided
14. Call out and over time available - as much or as little as you want!
15. Profit related bonus each year
16. Bonus £900 voucher per year to spend at various stores
