Company Description
Heirloom Fair Legal is the leading provider of finance solutions to the consumer and small business legal ecosystem in the UK. We are also expanding our offering to other regulated professional services such as insolvency practitioners and their clients.
Deploying proprietary capital supplemented by lenders, we focus on lower-risk financing opportunities that earn their return through operational alpha rather than risk of capital loss.
This means we become experts in the areas that we fund, develop opportunities alongside our borrower partners and take on a substantial operating burden in doing so. We are heavy adopters of technology and efficient processes to manage this.
This enables us to provide capital to areas that other financiers would not be able to reach. This bottom of the pyramid strategy enables us to remain profitable while supporting positive social impact.
Our culture is very entrepreneurial. We promote work-life balance, but expect a lot from our people during work hours. In exchange, we offer rapid advancement potential and substantial autonomy in a supportive setting. The people that succeed with us are those who want to learn and improve, take responsibility and are able to work with a good degree of independence.
