Up to £42.5k + 20% bonus + £7k Car allowance
About our Client
A long-established brewing and distillery company that also operates pubs and shops.
The Role
Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow their beer and spirit range sales across pubs, hotels and retail outlets in the Midlands area. Working with Free trade customers as well as National chains.
Key responsibilities
* Build new distribution channels for their Beers and Spirits range
* Develop new and existing sales and partnerships
* To identify opportunities to increase sales through customer service excellence
* To provide high level of product information and guidance to customers
* Be responsible for negotiation and agreement of costs and goods with customers
* Liaise with buyers to influence the range and support sales
* Analysis of sales data to drive agreed targets
Candidate Profile
* Exceptional customer service skills with a proven ability to exceed customer expectations.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
* High standards of sales and negotiation skills.
* Commercial awareness and understanding of the wider marketplace.
* Relevant sales or retail experience in the drinks industry.
* Valid UK driving licence.
* Flexible approach, with willingness to work evenings and weekends when required.
