Role Responsibilities:
* Estate and land management.
* Negotiation of land consents, acquisitions and compensation claims.
* Strategic business and asset management.
* Supervise and liaise with contractors.
Desired skills and experience:
* Ideally MRICS and CAAV.
* A good understanding of; property and land law matters; landlord and tenant relationships, legislation and best practice guidance; valuation principles.
* Adept at solving problems and providing solutions.
* Strong understanding of Health and Safety within the estate management sector.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
