As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils reach their full potential. You'll be supporting teachers in the classroom, working one-to-one or with small groups, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Some of your key responsibilities:
* Behaviour and Emotional Support
* Supervise pupils during break times, lunch, and school trips.
* Ensure pupil safety and well-being at all times.
* Support pupils with additional needs
* Liaise with teachers, parents, and other staff as needed.
* Encourage positive behaviour and help manage classroom behaviour.
* Set up learning materials and resources before lessons.
* Assist in delivering lessons under the guidance of the class teacher.
* Work with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning.
* Help pupils stay focused and engaged during activities.
