A well-established manufacturing business in Diss needs an experienced Financial Controller to step in and take ownership of their finances.
Here's what's different:
You'll be the go-to finance person for the MD and ops team. Real influence. Real accountability. No corporate layers or endless approval chains - just you, the numbers, and the people who need them to make decisions.
This isn't a "keep the lights on" role. They need someone who can get stuck in, spot what's not working, and fix it without being told.
The reality:
Monthly reporting, budgets, forecasts, stock control, audit prep, cost analysis. Standard FC stuff, but in a manufacturing environment where the finance function actually matters to production, not just head office.
You'll work with the Senior Leadership team who'll actually listen to what you tell them.
ERP system, Excel heavy, proper cost accounting.
