An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and empathetic SENCO to join a highly regarded SEN school in Poole as soon as possible. Your Responsibilities as SENCO:

Lead and manage the SEN provision, ensuring compliance with the SEND Code of Practice

Oversee and coordinate EHCPs, reviews, and referrals

Provide training and guidance to teaching and support staff on best practices

*

Monitor the impact of interventions and assess ongoing student needs

Who We’re Looking For:

*

A qualified teacher with NASENCO award (or working towards it)

*

Previous experience in SEN or inclusive settings

*

Strong understanding of SEND legislation and safeguarding

*

A compassionate leader with the ability to motivate and guide others

*

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
