We diagnose and resolve complex issues across application, integration, and infrastructure layers. We conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions. We support SLA adherence and ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes. We monitor logs, metrics, and system behaviour to proactively identify risks. We manage HCL Commerce deployments within Azure environments. We work with CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines including Jenkins, Git, and Docker. We collaborate closely with DevOps teams on provisioning, releases, rollbacks, and platform improvements. We support stability, scalability, and continuous enhancement of enterprise commerce platforms. We help ensure seamless customer journeys and support peak trading events. We manage complex catalogues and order management systems. We contribute to platform modernization initiatives in cloud-based environments.
