ResQ — Kingston upon Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, HU1 3NA
Salary: £24,603.15 - £26,190.45 p.a. + commission + Fully Paid Training
Hours: 38.75 - 41.25 per week, between 8am and 10pm
Days: 5 days out of 7 (to include weekends on a rotational basis)
Contract: Permanent • Full time
Responsibilities
* Chat with customers over the phone — both inbound and outbound — helping them find the right products and ensuring they leave every call feeling valued and happy.
* Provide solutions and build genuine connections with customers.
* Work with a computer and learn our systems (training provided).
* Maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction on every call.
Qualifications
* Great listener and easy to talk to.
* Empathetic and understanding of a customer\'s needs.
* Able to provide solutions.
* Resilient, patient and able to dedicate time to customers.
* Willing to learn and use company systems; no prior experience required as full training is provided.
