Randstad Education is currently seeking a Primary Teaching Assistant with SEN experience to join one of our wonderful partner schools. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive team and make a real difference in the lives of children who need you the most.
Job Details
Role: Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Crawley
Contract: Full:time, Term:time (Monday:Friday)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Your Role Will Include
Supporting pupils with special educational needs (e.g. Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language difficulties)
Delivering one:to:one and small group interventions
Assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well:being
Liaising with parents, staff, and external professionals as needed
Were Looking For Someone Who
Has experience supporting children in a primary or SEN setting
Is patient, empathetic, and passionate about making a difference
Can adapt strategies to meet individual pupil needs
Works well as part of a team and is confident using their own initiative
Holds a DBS on the update service (or willing for one)
