Role overview We are seeking a practising Catholic leader with vision and passion to join our dedicated team as Deputy Headteacher. You will work closely with the Headteacher, staff, governors, and the wider parish communities to continue to build upon our school offer. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and inspiring individual who can encourage and develop others. They will help us ensure that each child develops confidence in the love of Our Lord, discovers their God-given talents, and fulfils their potential, both academically and personally.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Headteacher, staff, governors, and parish communities to build upon the school offer.
* Provide leadership and line management to staff; model professional practice and promote a positive school culture.
* Support the academic, pastoral and spiritual development of pupils, ensuring high standards of achievement and well-being.
* Contribute to strategic direction, school improvement planning, and safeguarding.
