Role Overview
The role of an EBD Teaching Assistant involves working with children with a variety of emotional and behavioural needs. This position requires a highly motivated, adaptable, committed, enthusiastic, and resilient individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting teachers. Experience working with young people with Emotional Behavioural Needs is essential. You will be part of a dedicated team that adopts a child-centred approach to ensure each pupil achieves their potential.
Requirements
* Proven experience working with children and young people
* Proven experience working with pupils with EBD
* A passion for supporting pupils with EBD
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
