Join a busy home delivery operation with guaranteed hours and travel support for eligible candidates.Travel Support Available | Class 2 HGV Drivers Required | PAYE and LTD Drivers AcceptedTurbo Driving is recruiting Class 2 HGV Drivers (Category C) for a busy home delivery operation in Lesmahagow, with travel support available for eligible candidates.Location: LesmahagowShift: Monday to Friday; Start times between 04:00 06:00Pay & Benefits as a HGV Class 2 Driver:Monday to Friday: PAYE £16.75 per hour; LTD £19 per hourTravel Support Available; if you travel over 10 miles to the site you will get paid 45p per mile for your full journeyPAYE and LTD Drivers AcceptedNew Pass Drivers WelcomeGuaranteed 48 hours per weekThe Role as a HGV Class 2 Driver:Two-person team deliveriesHeavy lifting (up to 25kg)Delivering to houses, flats and building sitesDeliver to room of choiceUse of sack barrow & stair climberAbide by driving rules and regulationsFollow company policies and proceduresDrive a Class 2 vehicle safely and efficientlyPlease note: This role is approximately 70% manual handling and 30% driving.Requirements:As a HGV Class 2 Driver, you will:Hold a valid UK Category C (Class 2) licenceHold a valid UK Digital Tachograph CardHold a valid UK CPC CardHave a clear DBS check (we will complete this with you)Pass a drug & alcohol testAble to meet the physical demands of the roleExcellent customer service skillsGood communication skillsWork well as part of a teamApplication Process:4-hour assessment (Drug & Alcohol Test, Theory Test & Driving Assessment)DBS check completion1-week paid company inductionTurbo Driving is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.TPBN1_UKTJ
