A leading contractor has an exciting opportunity for a General Foreman to join a major substation project in Orkney.
Contract: 12–18 Months
Rotation: 11 days on / 3 days off (Mon–Thu, Fri–Sun off, return Mon)
Package: Flights, accommodation, and meals provided + competitive day rate (PAYE only)
About the Role
You’ll take charge of site operations, making sure everything runs safely, efficiently, and to spec. This is a hands-on role with a mix of site supervision and office-based tasks—perfect for someone who likes variety and responsibility.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading daily site activities and managing the team
Keeping health & safety front and centre
Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring progress stays on track
Helping with planning and paperwork to keep things moving smoothly

First Aid (preferred but not essential)
