About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Senior Support Worker to join a childrens residential home in Wolverhampton supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This is a full-time permanent position working a 2 on / 4 off shift pattern within a 3-bed residential setting. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager, leading shifts, mentoring staff, and ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered.
