What you'll do as Corporate Account Handler:
* Support a varied portfolio of corporate insurance clients from across the UK commercial and professional sectors
* Handle day-to-day servicing, renewals, adjustments and queries with accuracy and attention to detail
* Prepare and issue insurance policy documents, ensuring compliance and clarity for clients
* Work closely with insurers, broking colleagues and other teams to deliver practical solutions
* Maintain accurate client records and use modern systems to track activity
* Build trusted relationships with clients, contributing to high service standards and retention

* Experience as commercial or corporate account handler
* Attention to detail and confidence working directly with clients and insurers
