With the guidance and support of the Visitor Operations Manager, you'll lead on planning and delivering the programming calendar including Easter, Summer and Christmas as well as other highlight events like the sculpture exhibition in the garden.Beyond programming, you'll support the team by helping everything run smoothly during projects and busy school holidays as well as leading on some tasks related to the wider visitor journey. You'll carry out duty management as needed, and will work weekends when required.
