Role Profile: Project Support

Job Title: Project Support

Reports To: Financial Systems Manager

Department: Finance

Location: Deeside (Office based 5 days)

Purpose of the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Support / Project Assistant to join the existing project team at Deeside. This role will be on a fixed term 8-month contract based on-site.

The purpose of this role is to assist with transitioning from SAP to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and to provide comprehensive support to project teams and senior stakeholders by managing administrative tasks, coordinating project activities, and delivering high-quality personal assistance. This role ensures smooth project delivery and efficient executive support.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Support Duties:

1. Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
2. Maintain project documentation including plans, risk logs, issue registers, and reports.
3. Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
4. Support budget tracking, procurement processes, and resource allocation.
5. Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and reporting standards.

Personal Assistant Duties:

6. Manage diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
7. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions from meetings.
8. Handle confidential correspondence and communications.
9. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
10. Support with presentation preparation and document formatting.

Skills & Experience Required:

11. Proven experience in project support and/or executive assistance.
12. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
15. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, MS DevOps, SharePoint ).
16. Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information discreetly.
