The team handles a wide range of complex family law matters, including divorce, financial remedies, private children disputes, and cohabitation matters. Responsibilities
* Manage a broad caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, finances, and children issues
* Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients
* Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative culture
* Build strong client relationships based on trust, empathy, and professionalism
* Participate in networking and business development to strengthen the department's profile
Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in family law
* Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of private family work
* Excellent communication and client-handling skills
* Proactive, empathetic, and commercially minded approach
* Experience mentoring or supervising junior colleagues desirable
