This is an excellent opportunity for psychology graduates or recent university leavers looking to gain valuable experience within an educational setting. About the Role You will work closely alongside teaching staff to support students with ALN (Additional Learning Needs) and SEN, helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. The role will involve both 1:1 support and small group work, supporting students who may present challenging behaviour or require additional emotional and behavioural guidance.
