THE ROLE:
- Youll play a strategic role in shaping the future of the department, delivering high:quality legal services, and driving business growth.
- Lead and supervise a high:performing Private Client team, providing guidance and mentoring to support their development
- Manage a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, estate planning, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate administration
- Champion business development activities, building lasting client relationships and enhancing the firm's regional reputation
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Candidates need to have knowledge of inheritance tax, trust and estate taxation, and experience in drafting and administering trusts and settlements
- Outstanding client care and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong time management, organisation, and IT proficiency across Microsoft Office and case management systems
