Pebble Recruitment are working with a planning consultancy who is looking for an experienced Planner to join their team. Known for delivering practical, commercially focused planning advice, this is a great opportunity to work across a range of projects including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments; all within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Town Planner Duties
* Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals
* Conduct site appraisals and planning research
* Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders
* Contribute to planning strategy development for various schemes
Town Planner Requirements
* Relevant experience in a similar role
* MRTPI status
* UK planning legislation knowledge
* A relevant degree in Town Planning or similar
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Full UK driving license
