Salary: Up to £31,000 (including 2 sleep-ins per week)

As a Residential Support Worker, youll be responsible for providing direct care and support to children and young people, helping them develop life skills, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes. Requirements:
To succeed as a Residential Support Worker, you must have:
A proven background in care
The legal right to work in the UK
Willingness to complete regular sleep-in shifts
