Salary: GBP 28,000 - £32,000 per annum plus bonus. A client in the Diss area is recruiting a full‑time permanent Sales Executive to join their team. Working Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm.
Must be able to drive due to travel being a requirement of this role.
Key Duties
* Generate and convert new business opportunities while managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to handover.
* Grow existing accounts and maintain a strong CRM‑driven sales pipeline.
* Plan and deliver sales and marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer education initiatives.
* Identify target markets and promote through customer engagement and industry events.
* Provide technical advice, product demonstrations, and application‑based solution recommendations.
* Act as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective support.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
* Deliver sales forecasts, campaign reports, and strategic insights to support business decisions.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Sales Executive position
* Background in technical sales or application engineering
* Experience managing distributors or dealer networks
* CRM and sales reporting experience
* Proven experience in B2B business development or field sales
* Self‑motivated, proactive, and commercially focused
* Confident engaging with customers at all levels
